Baking with New York Made Ingredients

At Todd Hill, you can find the ingredients you need to bake cookies, brownies, and other baked goods! We carry organic and ethically sourced chocolate, organic butter, eggs, milk, and baking mixes made out of sunflower seeds!

Our Chocolate Chips are from Evolved Chocolate in Long Island, NY.

These Semi-Sweet chocolate chips are dairy-free, paleo, vegan, and USDA Organic. They are sweetened with coconut sugar and made with 40% Rainforest Alliance Certified cacao. Rainforest Alliance Certified means "that the certified product or ingredient was produced using methods that support the three pillars of sustainability: social, economic, and environmental." Learn more about it the Rainforest Alliance here.

Our Butter is from Ronnybrook Dairy in Ancramdale, NY.

The mission of Ronnybrook Dairy is "to provide a local source of fresh minimally processed all natural dairy products wrapped up in an overriding commitment to the humane treatment of animals." 

Butter, in addition to being great to bake with, contains nutrients that support heart health. Grass-fed and pasture raised cows, like Ronnybrook cows, produce milk that is higher in vitamins and minerals than conventionally raised cows. "Vitamin E, Selenium, as well as Vitamin A, are all found in butter and are vital anti-oxidants and protect against heart disease." Read more about Ronnybrook butter here.

We have milk from Hudson Valley Fresh.

This milk is sourced from Hudson Valley farms that exceed all standards for excellence in milk quality. Some of the 10 family-owned and operated herds in the Hudson Valley Fresh family have placed in the top six in the United States for quality, protein, butterfat, and vitamin and omega 3 content, all naturally and without supplements.

Hudson Valley Fresh, a NY Grown and Certified producer, processes milk products in Kingston, New York, and delivers from farm to store in 3 days. The milk does not need to be ultra-pasteurized. The whole milk contains 4+% butterfat.

We have eggs from Yellow Bell Farm in Red Hook, NY

Yellow Bell Farm Pastured Eggs have tasty deep orange yolks, produced by foraging hens on green pastures. Deep orange yolks are from the carotenoids in the hen's diet. Their brown eggs are laid by Rhode Island Red chickens.

We also have eggs from Quattro's Farm in Pleasant Valley

Since 1942, Quattro's Farm has been a family run business. Their birds are fed with wheat, oats, barley, rye, alfalfa and corn.

We have baking mixes from Hudson Valley Cold Pressed Oils in Pleasant Valley, NY

The Hudson Valley Cold Pressed Oils Farm grows High Oleic Black Seeds. These sunflower seeds are high in oleic (monounsaturated) acid. It is high in unsaturated fat, low in saturated fat and has no trans fat. High oleic oil has been shown to lower LDL cholesterol without lowering HDL cholesterol.

The mission of Hudson Valley Cold Pressed is to "produce health and happiness for your body and soul through the power of sunflowers."

Each of the following baking mixes contain sunflower flour, making them gluten free and nut free!
