Honore's Cookies
Honore's cookies are baked and packed in Poughkeepsie, NY. The company was started by the same people that created Marie Callender's--Ingrid Honore and her husband Saul--inspired by Ingrid's deep appreciation for fine ingredients and flavorful balanced recipes from growing up on the Island of Trinidad. After selling Marie Callender's, Ingrid moved onto selling products for Farmers' Markets and now focuses on selling her cookies.
Farmer John's Popcorn
Farmer Jon's manufactures popcorn out of Rochester, NY. We carry their caramel corn and apple pie popcorn. The apple pie caramel corn is made with the essence of apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, topped with a buttery brown sugar crust. The classic caramel is made with European butter and gourmet brown sugar.

Little Loaf Bake Shop!
I'm excited to introduce Little Loaf Bake Shop to our store! After meeting Little Loaf at Farmers' Markets in the Hudson Valley and seeing how popular all their pastries are, we are bringing them to Todd Hill. Little Loaf is a queer owned micro-bakery baking out of the Underwear Factory in Poughkeepsie, NY. They make pretzels, croissants, cookies, and other pastries.
Little Loaf uses local ingredients from the Hudson Valley, such as flour from Wild Hive Farm in Clinton Corners, NY, fruit from Wilklow Orchards in Highland, NY, and cheese from Cooperstown Cheese Company.
Little Loaf is also a member of Noissue Eco-Alliance, a community of businesses committed to using sustainable and eco-friendly packaging.
